Basic description

The chalet is situated in a chalet settlement in the famous "Demanovska valley" in the Low Tatras mountains region. Consisting of one double room at groundfloor, two tripple rooms upstairs, large lounge with premium satellite TV, radio/CD mini system and indoor fireplace. There is one bathroom with shower and 2 separate toilets available. You can also use our fully equipped kitchen corner with electric cooker, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee-machine. There is an outside fireplace & BBQ protected area very next to the chalet as well. Heating is provided by fully automated electric system in each room. Free WIFI is available in the whole object. Parking places are directly by the chalet. Grocery shops approx. 2km. The nearest restaurant & bus stop approx. 600m. The world famous ski resort "Jasna" is located just approx. 2km away.

October - May 160 EURO / whole chalet / night

June - September 140 EURO / whole chalet / night

New Year's Eve (27.12. - 02.01.) upon request

All year round (Minimum stay) 4 nights

All year round (City tax) 2 EURO / per day / person

Final cleaning fee of 50 Euro per entire stay is not included in the basic price.

In case of less than 5 guests interested, prices based on the agreement.

It is necessary to bring your own slippers to be used inside the chalet.

Smoking & PETS are NOT allowed inside the chalet.
